"Would not recommend. Contacted in a time sensitive case for legal support. Vince Sent a couple bits of information initially and then stopped responding for weeks at a time. When he did respond after weeks of delay, all of my questions were ignored."

"I hired this firm to collect on a bad debt for my business. I never heard anything from them after the initial set-up process. When I checked back after several months, Scott an account manager, let me know that the account was closed due to a bankruptcy. When I asked why I had never received any information regarding the account closer, he told me in a extremely condescending way, that there was no way they would have time to e-mail every client on every account due to the size of their business. In my opinion, this is an extremely small minded view of customer service, and limit's the growth potential that a business could have. I don't believe that a simple e-mail is asking too much, but obviously Scott and I don't view customer service the same way. I won't be using or recommending this company to anyone. I wish I would have looked at the Google reviews prior to putting my professional faith in this company. Hopefully I can save another business owner from having a similar disappointing experience. I am confident with Scott's idea of customer service, this is a business that will not be able to sustain a successful business in today's business culture."

"Received phone calls today regarding an account that they are collecting for due to the dental office not filing a claim through the insurance company provided from me by my employer that has not changed in years. Insurance company verifies no claim has been filed. I get an operator that tells be me to "have a nice day, learn to be an adult" after attempting to bully me into paying a bill that should have been processed correctly. I guess she was surprised when she dropped her Denver Public Schools slang and realize working for a badly reviewed attorney didn't get her the respect she thought she deserved. Probably best to handle issues brought to you by them in the court of law. I will be contacting my insurance for proof of no attempt to file and no denial of claims."

"DO NOT HIRE HIM!!! Vince not only ignores your emails and phone calls (from his paying client) he also did NOT show up to a serious restraining order hearing, and it was denied. When the motion was filed to re-hear the case, the district judge informed Vince that he knew better as a licensed attorney that he had to show up and or advise the court of his absence and that hearing was also denied. I will happily paste the motion decision from the state if needed. Vince did not even inform me of the final decision, I found out by paying the state for a copy of the paperwork with the final decision. He owed me the remainder of my retainer fee back and sadly, I only received a very small portion. 3200.00 of Vince’s “billing” was not even justifiable for the lack of attention and service that he DID NOT provide me. His website claims he will respond in a matter of 24 hours for calls…..My phone record shows that is false. The only reason I received my file and “retainer” was because I tried contacting him nearly a month later of nothing back to me to go to the bar, which I have already initiated that call."
