Reviews
"The restaurant was clean and there was virtually no wait. The cashier could benefit from some customer service training but took our order accurately. We ordered a small macaroni and cheese and a regular tortelloni. The regular came in a bowl twice as deep but was only filled halfway having about the same amount as a small. This was disappointing, but the food itself was good."
"Love their pasta, get it almost every other week. Occasionally the employees will forget an item off our order, but that rarely happens. Great experience, good price. Quick service. 8.5/10!"
"Forgot my chicken but Rosa was good. Seems like a common issue tbh by looking at these views. I swear the employees are held hostage or something bc they borderline looked scared while I was ordering like the vibe was majorly off. I totally get being in a dead end minimum wage job and being dead inside but this was like shaking, looking over your shoulder, whispering type vibe. Really wild vibe in terms of atmosphere. Low key eerie and unsettling"
"I have been coming her consistently for months with good results but today was heapin dumpster fire. I got a spaghetti with meatballs to dine in and the meatballs were practically mush. How on earth do you get soggy meatballs?!?!? Absolutely disgusting. Also for a place priding itself on “uncommon goodness” in all its advertising I felt incredibly unwelcome to dine in. I’ve had employees explain the plastic bowls and I get that but bringing the food out with lids makes it seem like they’re trying to kick you out the door from the moment they bring you their food. Never mind the insane amount of waste it produces. It’s insane how different my experience was when I was here 2 weeks ago and had a great time. I may give this joint another go around but god it went downhill faster than a cat on a hot tin roof. Only high was as a proud southern Baptist I can appreciate the Christmas spirit they had decorating the store."
"I gave 2 starts purely for the fact that they were friendly and I can appreciate good customer care! But I paid $17 for 3 pieces of lettuce and charcoaled chicken!! I am less then impressed!"
