"I always enjoy going to Panera and try something different each visit. This time I got the Green Goddess salad which was delicious and protein rich. In the past I've tried other salads which I found equally good. Their soups, sandwiches, and bread are also excellent."

"I paid $7.49 for this breakfast sandwich. What an absolute rip off. Then the pick up orders weren't on the shelf. Instead, they said to see the cashier but there was a line of 10 people. I'm not waiting in that for a rapid pick up order. I'm not going back."

"The pick up and online ordering process is terrible here. Besides the food, obviously being insanely overpriced, when I order food, it tells me to go to the rapid pick up shelf. I don’t know why they even have it because all orders are kept behind the counters. Perhaps remove the Shelf if you’re not going to even use it. Additionally, I had ordered a salad and requested utensils and I got a knife and a spoon but no fork. Makes absolutely no sense. Requested extra chicken and was given a light portion of chicken. Management instruct its employees to give smallest portions of protein possible here to save a quick buck."

"I don’t go to Panera much but when I do I’ve been getting this Turkey Bravo for the last 15 years. I get extra meat so it’s around $15- not cheap. The soups, sides, salads, and coffees are all good but my favorite thing about Panera is their iced tea selection."
