"Had a very negative experience with Mr. Swartz as mediator. He was very biased against me as a man. Treated me as if he was a little afraid of me. At one point, I asked to speak with him alone prior to one of our scheduled mediations. He declined and said it was not his practice to do that. However, when I came in for a mediation weeks later, he was in the office with my daughter's mother talking with her privately. It was indicative of his favoritism. The process was negative for me and I did not feel heard at all. One father's perspective."
