She treats me as a person, and gives me the attention as if I was the last person on earth. The staff is great and they make each other look good."

Whenever I bring in an Amazon return, need something fragile shipped, or even just need some copies they are always very helpful and make the process easy. They take great care with their packaging as well and I always go to this location when I need something shipped out because I know it will make it to its destination!"

"There is an older lady that works here during the day. She finds the time and energy to offend me every single time. The first time I came in, she questioned why I was at their store because I should be in school. I had to tell her that I am 31 years old. Today, she decided to be rude with me again. She also thought it was appropriate to tell me that the item I was shipping off looked very used and dirty. I don't appreciate this lack of customer service and will be asking to deal with someone else every single time."

"I walked into this store around 300 PM with two Amazon return packages with labels on them. There were 10 people ahead of me in line. Two store employees were helping customers. After standing around for ten minutes, several people got into line behind me but not a single customer had been processed or left the store. I left and went the next day to The UPS store in Belmar where I processed my packages immediately."
