"There are very few places to go for a walk in Keansburg Colorado, so my husband and I and our dog took a walk to this state park. We just walked in and in a matter of five or 10 minutes a fish and wildlife gentleman gave us the fifth degree about did we have this did we have that do we not know how to read etc. etc. He’s right I should have read the sign, but we didn’t. We were walking our mini schnauzer and it was a beautiful day. I felt like I had robbed the local handy way. I’m from Florida, state lands are public or so I thought. So both my husband and I purchased the appropriate licenses, so we shall see the next time we go there."

"It's a nice little drive from Denver. It's very welcoming and with simple instructions to check in and out of areas(when reservations are required). The small game/waterfowl spot is here. Or at least I think so if you know how to handle game on Public land."

"Good ponds, but there's human feces everywhere because the State of CO has trouble unlocking the bathroom, presumably because gov workers hate doing a good job for their constituents."
