"the pool's been shut for YEARS and we were told they'd fix it. Now they want to put up a playground. No one asked for that. HOA fees get higher and higher and yet the tennis/basketball court is rundown, the pool never opened, and they'd rather fine people for having "non outdoor" furniture on THEIR patios, or for having christmas lights up too late for their liking, but don't care about how the cops are always here because of crime, or about the way people use their patios like a storage room. If you're thinking of buying here, save your money, they don't allow pets, their landscapers don't care if they break a window or two while they work [and they'll blame it on you for not having cameras (; ], there's no pool, their courts barely work, but hey! we've got new garbage cans!"

"I used to live here and back then it was the greatest placed I’ve lived in back in 2007. Awesome parties in the club house, great neighbors, a lot of happy memories. I recently went back and they need to add a pool ASAP because it looks so dead with the dirt poking out of the cement. They also have the basketball court and tennis court."

"Always liked these apartments had family who lived there. I do think they have alot more potential to be Upgraded. More color, remodeled over all and add a family swimming pool and a club house where residence can throw parties/get together."
