"We've worked with Queen City Property Management for 2 years, and I can comfortably say that you will not regret the decision to work with them. The relationship between and tenant and property managers can sometimes be challenging, but we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. A few important things to consider 1) They respond quickly to questions and are very transparent about repairs and timeframes. 2) Proactive communication about weather and expectations so tenants know what is expected of them and can protect their finances and the integrity of the property. 3) They work with very thorough partners! We've had a few things needed in the house and the electricians and repair people were fast, thoughtful, and super helpful.
