"December 2023 Update: moving this to a 1 star. Had the absolute worst “sandwich” ever. It was an inedible Philly cheesteak with tough tasteless bread and spicy weird blah meat and bell peppers? I tried to like this place but overall myself and coworkers who went here for a White Elephant holiday party were mostly disappointed. Sorry but I won’t ever be back. Giving it a 3 because my friend really likes this restaurant and goes here regularly. I was underwhelmed by the food here for the higher price. I’ll say in the positive the atmosphere is really nice, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. My friend enjoyed his waffle fries (not better than homemade or Chick-til-A fries in my opinion) and chicken sandwich. My pasta just didn’t seem to have enough flavor. Sounds way better than it was or feels like it’s missing something my to pull the flavor together. Carrot cake was not my kind of carrot cake, but my friend liked it alright. Really heavy and didn’t care for the icing either. I wouldn’t go back here personally but to each their own."

"Celina & Madi (pictured) were the very best! I got the bourbon glazed bleu cheese burger and informed Madi that I cannot stand over cooked burgers and that I like them medium rare (closer to rare) and she personally talked to the chef to make sure I got it how I wanted. That’s immeasurable customer service! The glaze on the burger I could personally do without (and will next time). The older pictures I saw of the burgers had me hesitant on the size of the patty, but I was surprised just how good it was. I also got the Mac N Cheese which is honestly better than my mom’s thanksgiving Mac. It’s the most delicious thing I ate all night. Portion of the Mac was a meal within itself, luckily I planned to take it for lunch tomorrow. My friend got the Fish N Chips. The Cod was cooked perfect and the fries were crispy without being hard. The Slaw was bland, but the dipping sauce was immaculate. For appetizers we got the spring rolls and spinach dip. Both were good but the chips with the spin-dip made the appetizer. 10/10 would recommend on Tuesdays, look for Madi at the bar!!!"

"I really tried to like this place. They've screwed my steak up each and every time I've come here. This last time, I guess the chef thought steaks should be cooked 90% on one side, 10% on the other. It wasn't just one steak, but TWO steaks they messed up. Oh, and it took 45 minutes to get cold mashed potatoes and poorly cooked steak. It took an additional 5 or so minutes for them to give us our side of geeen beans as well. Definitely not worth the $111."

"Huge space with lots of seating, a giant bar, and a visible brewing operation. Ate dinner at the bar and enjoyed it. Bartenders were cheerful and efficient. Drinks were good although (personal preference) I'd like a pint glass over a snifter for cider. The Bavarian pretzel appetizer with queso was delicious. Steak salad and Habanero chicken also good. Only area for improvement was food temperature - the mashed potatoes and rice were lukewarm and I'd like to see them hot. Overall a good meal and a good atmosphere."

"My experience with Rock Bottom was overall positive. There was a bit of a wait for our food with very few other guests in the restaurant. However my husband's and my burger were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The fries were ordinary, but the Mac and cheese side was amazing."
