"I have used them for over a decade with at least 8 different cars I have owned to get oil changes, tires and do initial diagnostics with car care check. They are honest and do what they say what they are going to do. I love them because they are only a 15 minute walk from my house. The $20 car inspection is a great deal for any car I am going to purchase."

"This is probably the worst place that I have ever been. Still today a year down the road from when I got my third alignment done I have to hold the steering wheel to the left to go straight, and as you can see in picture one the tires still wear super uneven picture too is what the tire should look like they got one side right but couldn't figure out the other I guess. They never gave me any alignment paperwork so I could correct it myself they never gave me any paperwork as a matter of fact no receipt nothing. This was the worst experience and the worst place ever to go. And on top of it what kind of place does not Center the steering wheel when they do an alignment that is annoying when you're going down the road and your steering wheel has to be pointed to the left 45° from Center just to go straight oh and by the way if I let go of my will I can easily take an on-ramp to the right without touching the steering wheel that's how bad it pulls. Anyways I paid that bill unfortunately 232 what a ridiculous rip off so so disappointed in myself for making the horrible decision of going to Firestone"
