"Great service! I went in without an appointment & waited about 30 min. As promised for an oil change. This was during the busy lunch hour, so a wait was expected. I was greeted by 3 different employees as I waited & they were each very polite, extremely professional & made sure I knew the wait time & set the proper expectations. Management should be proud! "The best jiffy lube I have been too.I have been coming here for a couple years and The staff is amazing and when I got the runaround from different places in the area to get my brakes done ( I wasn’t aware at the time Jiffy did brakes) I called when they opened yesterday and dean told me to come right now and we’ll take care of you and they did! Very efficient in time and good prices. I can’t say enough of how appreciative I am of them and how they always are with me and with my military husband being away."

"Multiple times I have mentioned service levels... customers are asked to move vehicles into service bays, even though there are signs before you drive in that say "we'll take it from here". No personal interaction on vehicles history even though they scan door codes .. absolutely no concern on wiper condition or air filter..customer asked on tire pressure preference... no vacuum or window cleaning, little things count!! Have been a loyal customer for a long time at my location, will question my return. Employees were respectful however the process is not nearly how it used to be."
