"The workers on the weekend are outstanding, very nice and professional. However, my first time having to go to this store during the week was an encounter with the rude owner “Owen”. I made a small purchase but did not have cash so I used my card. He immediately started throwing a tantrum like a little kid, cursing and throwing stuff around the store. I apologized that I hardly carried cash. He continued to curse and be very rude. I told him that I hope he has a blessed day and I will pray that his day gets better. As I began to exit the store his daughter came from the back apologizing for his actions. I asked for info but she refused to give it to me stating that it would make Things worse for the both of us and to just let it go. I’ve later learned that this owner has a lot of other Complaints and throws these tantrums regularly.if you go to this store in Falcon be aware of the rude and unfriendly owner “Owen”."

"We used this location for a post office box for years. This location lost a package for a different box renter and then had the nerve to blame us and accused us of stealing the package. This location lost multiple packages of ours and we had to threaten the owner with small claims court in order to get reimbursed for the packages they lost in the store. The owner even stated that they "cannot meet your expectations" when they did not renew our box. A postal service company that cannot deliver and ship packages without losing them does not meet my expectations, so I guess Owen the owner of this location was right. Glad we had already started moving all our mail and packages to a competitor on the other side of Woodmen that seems to be able to actually handle packages and mail without losing them. That qualifies as meeting my expectations. If anyone needs a recommendation, I would strongly suggest the 3-letter company across the street if you really want your packages to make it to their destination. One final note. The really smart, professional guy that everyone raves about and knows what he is doing in the morning is leaving, so, good luck."

"I dropped off packages for shipping with prepaid labels. Everything I shipped arrived except the package with $500 worth of insurance. It "disappeared " according to one person there. Another said they had it and UPS picked it up and a 3rd said they have no record of them ever getting the box. I'm just beside myself. Using the annex was great, they were friendly and it was convenient. Never again!"

"The professionals working here are phenomenal! They take great care of us and go above and beyond frequently. Always welcoming and helpful. During the holidays I had a lot of heavy and odd-shaped client gifts to send out and they did an incredible job customizing boxes to ship them. Well packaged and professional looking. They are also very speedy even with long lines, I saw this during the holidays but it is common for their operations. Highly recommend, it's the only place I'll go!"
