"Horrible customer service do not rent from these people. They want it $1000 security deposit for me to rent their car because I had a Colorado license. They were rude. They hung up the phone on me do not rent from them. It took one month for Priceline to refund me the rental money I paid upfront because of York Never responded to Priceline regarding my situation. Do not I repeat do Not rent from the company because they are a hoax run by A family corporation. You pay for what you get I would not rent from these people I will not rent from these people because of the customer service I received."

"Just got picked up by Johan in a brand new shuttle. So far the experience had been pretty smooth. Be aware that you need to call to request the shuttle and from the moment you call to shuttle pick up is about 20 min. So you can call right after you get your luggage to save time. Price is unbeatable. 5-star. Way better than Fox rent a car at Denver. Be aware that if you have a Colorado driver license, your mileage will NOT be unlimited and will be only 60 miles a day. Also if you drive out of state, it will be 60 miles a day as well. They have GPS in the car to track you. And they take very detailed pictures so be careful when you’re driving they may charge you for small dents that are normally not charged if you rent from large rental companies like enterprise. Lowering to 4-star."

"RUN!!!! I will NEVER utilize York Car Rental again! My family's experience with York in Orlando, Florida was the most unprofessional and aggravating experience we have ever had out of 100s of rentals companies we've utilized. From the hour long wait for the shuttle service from the airport to the 2 and a half hour wait in a line 15 customers long to the extremely rude staff. I NEVER leave negative reviews but this experience deserves the huge red flag to divert as many people as possible from ruining their vacation. Even after all the hassle my family of five experienced we were met with lies and loads in additional fees for a compact vehicle that could not fit me, my 3 sons and my 6'5" husband. When I asked for the car I'd RESERVED, I was insulted and told that I'd only booked for a compact vehicle. Even after showing the attendant my very clear reservation of a full sized vehicle, I was told that she did me a favor offering me the the car she did and that if I wanted something to fit my family, I'd have to pay EVEN MORE! I requested to speak with the manager, Yuri, and was denied and told he was unavailable. Yuri later turned out to be the driver of the shuttle that took us right back to the airport after not receiving a rental car from York. To add insult to injury, they ended up charging my credit card nearly $400 ANYWAY even though we NEVER received a rental. This company should be ashamed of the service being forced down the throats of vacationing families and traveling consumers. I am now forced to spend my holiday vacation disputing charges for a rental I never received!!"
