"Is this a real store if this is a representative of autozone they need to close down the whole store the employee are horrible they act like the customers owe them something treat them horribly last time they were there the treated a sweet old guy so bad he was crying by the time they shouted at him to leave the store today all I could hear is them laughing cause they were having another store on the phone on hold and how they weren’t going to answer them at all the girl saying “let’s see how long they stay on hold till they hang up” if that’s what autozone is about I’d rather shop at advance."

"Needed a battery. Went to three stores none would install it. Went home got tools to do it myself. Went to Napa they didn’t have a battery for my truck. Went to this store not only did they have my battery the store manager himself installed it. Good management should lead by example."
