"Overall very good. Omar was extremely respectful, nice and communicative during the entire process of my car repair. All of the staff are also very respectful and friendly. The damage done to my Civic coupe rear drivers side quarter panel was pretty bad but CarStar did an amazing job repairing it and did the most they could. There was some permanent damage done to the frame and CarStar even reached out to the Geico claim service to inform them about it but unfortunately Geico could not cover it. I only wish the repair time would have been a little bit faster but other than that I am extremely satisfied."
