"The customer service here was great. They came in during a snowstorm to diagnose my car and quickly sent a text with all the info. This was above and beyond as each item included pictures as well as pricing for each item. There were a dozen photos showing exactly what damage was done and what would need to be repaired/replaced. The owner and other workers I spoke to were all very honest and fair with pricing. Highly recommended if you're in the Parker area. Also, I drive a Subaru so it's not just Euro cars they can work on."

"I can't say enough great things about this shop. I come from a small town back in Missouri where life is easy and simple. People are hardworking and honest. That's everything this shop is. From the moment you walk in, they are attentive and friendly, not pushy whatsoever. They don't try and price gouge. They tell you what needs to be done when it needs to be done and have physical proof. Their pricing is as good if not significantly better than any shop within 500 miles. "There’s a new german automotive shop in town and its name is Edelweiss Euro. Solid service and great people. Now, anyone that owns a German car knows it costs a little more to maintain them. We have owned 3 Audis over the past 15 years. Our vehicles have been serviced by various dealerships (that charge way too much) and indy/specialty shops (that just seem shady). In our search for an honest and trustworthy service center that didn’t make us feel ripped off every time our vehicles needed servicing I took my car to Edelweiss Euro. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. Upfront about the diagnostics, services and fair pricing. No surprises here. Just good quality service all around. It’s hard to find a good, honest automotive service center and this shop is one of them! If you are looking for skilled, certified, trained service techs without the dealer price, this is the place for you. I recently took my Audi to them for an oil change. During the service I asked a couple questions about replacing my battery with one I had recently purchased. They said if I had time to bring it in, they would not only install it for me but also show me exactly how to do it for the next time it needed replacing. I don’t know about you, but this is the kind of service that will keep me coming back! If you have a german car that needs service, take it to Edelweiss Euro! Can’t recommend them enough!"
