"I came in to have my engine oil light taken care of. I had gone to an auto shop for the code and it was to replace the engine oil pressure switch. When I came into grease monkey the staff seemed friendly and seemed like I could get this done the following day with their mechanic Dave. I was told they’d order the part which should be there later that day, and to come in the morning to have it done. I showed up right at 10a, but I was greeted by another employee, and he told me they haven’t received the part yet. He said they’d call whenever it came in. I waited a few hours and called back, still not part. I asked to make an appointment to secure a spot and make sure the part was there but he told me they’d just call when it was in. That was March 10th. It’s not two weeks later and no one ever got back to me. Unless I make the call, there’s no communication. So my engine light is still on and now I have to look elsewhere for the fix."

"Greeter was very unprofessional, " What's up, what do you need? as his hands had no way to document my needs as they were jammed in his front pockets. Mechanic couldn't figure out the engine size to dispense the correct oil. The manager is very good however and somehow needs to teach her employees professional ethics. Probably just a sign of our future work force..."
