"Stay away!! Found this person on the Psychology Today website. What a mistake!! I thought that was a the professions periodical!! Will be filing a board complaint regarding Jacqueline Hesseltine who purports her to be a psych nurse and a professional. Family member was needing to be seen and establish relationship with new doctor asap. Hesseltine had the 1st available appointment to avoid escalation and eventual hospitalization of this family member so it was booked online. I got an email 4 hours before appointment indicating that she was booked out all of a sudden over almost 2 months. When she called she blame blamed it on a glitch in the system!?? Her response was to take her to the hospital the very thing I was trying to avoid!!! It was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible!!! Here is an idea… take the down or disable your booking tool on your website if it’s not working correctly, genius!!! Integrated Psychology is a SCAM!! This is a good example why nurses should not be psychiatrists!! Thanks for wasting precious time!!!"
