"I called ahead of time. Spoke to Lucas. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the things I was asking about after arriving there. I found the staff to be extremely warming and comfortable to be around. I met I think was the manager who was a girl she was very nice, I even met the guy that was down in the pit after he was done gave him a soda Truly it’s always a blessing when you have people with such welcoming atmosphere instead of an angry or negative one job well done at Jiffy Lube as far as I’m concerned"

"I had a wonderful experience with the woman that checked me in and the man that checked me out. The young child under my car was acting like a toddler. This would have been a 5 star rating if he didn’t stop around and make noises for no reason. I’m a little worried he didn’t put the oil plug back in correct because all he did is cry about the manufacturer design and dropping the oil plug. He then proceeded to tell his co worker that he wasn’t going to put in the cabin air filter. He definitely need an attitude adjustment."

"I had an appointment a few weeks ago but there was a big snow storm so we canceled it. I went in today to get my brakes done at 0800 hours. They said they would get it started but now I need my rotors done also. I don’t understand why they told me a week before they still look fine? So it’s now noon and they said it won’t be until 1600 hours. This is eight hours their entire shift. I work long hours at night so now I won’t be able to get to bed on time because they can’t do business properly. If they didn’t have the parts they should have told me. When I got my oil done at the beginning of the month I had to go next door to auto zone to buy oil because their manager forgot to order it. What is happening to Brighton businesses?"

"Garbage place. Car started leaking oil after an oil change. Brought it back and was told it was just excess oil. Car continued to leak and they charged my wife 210 dollars to “fix” the oil pan gasket that wasn’t actually fixed. Car continues to leak oil. Firestone allowed Me to take pictures. Called the store and had to pry out the GMs name and wasn’t given his email address. Would give 0 stars if I could."
