"Dr Jones is incredibly knowledgeable on the law. In my particular case he seemed to know more than the judge himself. I was falsely arrested and charged with 3rd degree assault. The state tried to "fast track" the trial, meaning I was released from jail and literally had only an hour to show up for court. I frantically searched Google and luckily for me David was in his office at the time. He advised me how to handle my pre trial, refuse to speak with the DA, etc. Because of David's sound advice the DA couldn't get anything from me. The Jefferson County Court did the best they could to screw me in the months before trial..sobriety monitoring/random drug test. You are official guilty until proven innocent. DR Jones assured me this would go away through a dismissal or acquittal at trial. He took one look at my discovery file and it was obvious to him that they arrested the wrong person in my case.. David went to bat for me, attacking the cases credibility, loading the DA with irrefutable evidence, etc. At the motions hearing David requested a dismissal and the state had no choice but to not object. I'm glad it didn't go to trial but I have no doubt David would have made a mockery of the States case in court. Thanks David! You truly put my life back on track!"

"DR Jones himself may be a good attorney but his associates are not very pleasing. Wasted a lot of my money in "business meetings" amongst them selfs. And were talking 4 digits. Didn't return calls and I feel this firm just wasted a lot of time and money and really didn't get anything accomplished. The choice is yours, but I would seriously reconsider the decision in hiring this firm."
