"I don’t enjoy writing this review, but I can’t imagine doing business with 303 again. We booked rides to/from the airport for our Spring Break trip. Our ride to the airport was smooth, but our driver never showed for our return trip. I was forced to cancel the 303 booking and luckily booked a Lyft XL on the spot (Spring Break luggage) to get my family home after a long day of travel. The owner did reach out and apologize, which I greatly appreciate, but I was also promised compensation for the money I spent on a last minute Lyft XL ride. I have not seen that refund even after several reminders on my part. I don’t like broken promises. My trust in the company has diminished. Take my word, you can find a more affordable airport transfer."
