I thought my front end was screwed, but Kevin gave me peace of mind that it wasn't as bad as I thought. Just a few replacements on driver side tire. Super fair priced. He never tried to push extra stuff on me to replace this/that like other businesses. Although I trusted him also to tell me if something was absolutely necessary. It's just an older p/u, but it still runs/drives great. Definitely going back to K n K."

"Staff have always been pleasant to interact with. I feel like their prices are very reasonable and I never feel like they're trying to rip anyone off or pressure me into purchases. I feel like service isn't quite as fast as when I've gone to a dealership but it's not an unreasonable amount of extra time. The office isn't as nice or has amenities like the dealerships do but I find it more comfortable in a way. They've always been very patient with how unreliable I can be about getting there on time or returning phone calls."
