"Came in for auto repair after a hit and run accident. Needed quite a bit of work on the front drivers side wheel and body. They did about $7k worth of work and did a great job coordinating with my insurance company. The car looks better than it did before the accident somehow, and everything runs great. I really appreciated the platinum standard of customer service they provided and I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone I know. I snagged some business cards from them just for people in need of good service. I wish their family all the best and I will be back if I ever need anything!"

"I wanted to share a good bit of detail about my experience with Perfection Unlimited and if you don't want to read it...no problem...just use them and I highly recommend them! Otherwise read on... My Hyundai Genesis had suffered body scrapes and dents caused mostly from my teenage daughter and it was driving me crazy every time I drove my car to look at it. Now that my daughter has her own car she’s not allowed to drive mine anymore and I figured it was time to get things fixed for my own peace of mind. Unfortunately I don’t have before pictures, but do have an after (scrapes and dents down passenger door, scrapes and dents on rear bumper, scrapes on right rear panel, other issues from rocks or running into sidewalks and scraping front beard). To make matters worse, my daughter also accidentally spilled white latex paint all over the back seat of my car when getting supplies to paint her room. The paint went all over the rear of the car including in the vent holes of the leather seat. I was seeking solutions for paint removal from total rear seat replacement to used seats in junkyards and everything was really costly and a pain. No detail shop would really help without charging unreal amounts of money. What does this all have to do with Perfection Unlimited? They absolutely and amazingly stunned me and exceeded my expectations by both doing a fantastic job on repairing the dents and scrapes on the body of my car while also taking the challenge and attempting an in house interior detail and paint removal for me. Talk about going and extra mile! They admitted how difficult this was and took a lot of extra time to do, but I am totally grateful and quite surprised at HOW well they did this. Detailing is not part of their normal service but they saved me a lot of pain and money with the repair routes I was considering and I believe they did this to make me a happy customer. They didn't charge me much for the interior detail work and they really could have charged a lot more. I am driving around now in my my like new Hyundai Genesis in total appreciation of this company. The prices were very fair and service was very professional. The pearl coat I have on my car is higher end and hard to work with and it now looks perfect. If I had to quibble there were 1 or 2 minor buffs and touch ups on the exterior they missed when I inspected and they fixed it immediately. I rack that up to them juggling a lot with both exterior and interior and trying to get the car back to me. When I look at my back seat I can’t really see paint stains or splashes other than a spec or two here and there and the car exterior looks FANTASTIC! They really performed a miracle and I was expecting 10% of what they actually accomplished. I won’t go anywhere else now and they will be my only body shop recommendation! Can’t promise that they would do interior detail work for you too, but maybe if you ask nicely. Thank you Perfection Unlimited!!!!"
