Pizza Hut

"How is it I order directly from Pizza Hut and they send a doordasher to drop off my order. Not only did they forget items on my order but Pizza Hut wouldn’t send someone back to drop it off. They offered to give me a credit to my account but I’ve never received it. For 50 bucks you would think everything will be right"

"The Pizza Hut App is a disaster. I requested delivery from a different Pizza Hut (vloser to my house, logically), but the App defaulted my order to this Pizza Hut which was miles further away. I then never got a call or notifcation that my non-delivery-now-pickup order was ready at the Pizza Hut 20 minutes further away, and by the time I called and got to the Pizza Hut on the other side of town, it was an hour later. I asked where my order was, and they said it was a take out order. I then asked why my order was sent to "this" Pizza Hut, and apparently the 3rd party App defaults all the orders to "this" Hut. If It's a common problem, then why isn't anyone fixing it? Then, by the time I got home, (30 minutes later) the Pizza was cold, the pathetic wings had soaked up the sauce and resembled wet blobs of paper towels, and the breadsticks were stale. What a waste of an evening. Horrible Pizza. Tone deaf vustomer service. I will never order Pizza Hut again."

"Got the big dinner box you would think when you spend 45 dollars on pizza they could at least throw more than 6 pieces of beef on the pizza anyway I'll enjoy my two orders or bread sticks"

"Normally love Pizza Hut but just had a terrible experience. Ordered the big box and both pizza’s were bad. Sauce wasn’t spread out, both were raw in the middle but especially my white pizza. Pure dough and was sopping wet with sauce underneath. Wings barely had any sauce. Breadsticks were hard and overcooked. They refused to give me a refund and only offered me a credit that didn’t cover what I had paid. Don’t order from this location."

"Amanda asst manager is great and always polite no matter the circumstance. But this store is always short staffed. This past order took two and a half hours to deliver. I got the notification that my order was out for delivery over an hour after ordering and it took over an hour to actually deliver to me. The food was not edible. I have called multiple times asking for the owner to call me. They don’t. The owner obviously doesn’t care about customer service, making things right, or helping out staff at their store when short handed etc. so now I have to do a dispute thru my bank because the owner can’t be professional and handle their business appropriately. It’s too bad because I really like Pizza Hut when the food is cooked properly and hot. This is what the pizza looked like when it got delivered. My kid took a piece and they it away because it was no good."
