Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"This is great if having fresh, hot pizza at home is important to you. For me, however, it takes away from the experience of buying takeout so you don't have to cook and/or heat anything. As far as taste and quality is concerned, it's ok, nothing to brag about really. On a more positive note, they do offer many options as far as ingredients and sauces and their prices are reasonable. I can't opinionate much on service because I bought my pizzas on and for Superbowl and the staff was too busy for formalities lol... which was to be expected. They weren't rude though. I'm just not anticipating going back any time soon."

"This store has surprisingly good pizza for a chain store and at a price on Tuesdays it’s my go to for fast and good. The staff has always been fast and efficient with my orders and I have never called in my orders. The store employees like ants loaded with caffeine and I was in and out in less than ten minutes."

"They have many different weekly specials, and they are great, especially Friday's deal. I didn't order ahead, but they said the two pizzas I ordered would be ready quickly, and they were. Their pizza is very good and easy to bake at home. Their customer service is excellent. I will be back again soon."

"This location has not always been consistent in order accuracy, and crafting of ordered pizzas for us. However, over the past 6 months we have tried this location again several times. The speed and accuracy and quality of prepped pizzas for us has been consistently excellent. The place seems busier to me when we go into pick online orders so I am thinking I am not the only one to notice."

"I have to say I am upset. I am a Vegan that has been excited that Papa Murphy's actually has vegan cheese as an option. I recently contacted both the store and an associate through chat about the $6.99 Medium Any Pizza Deals and the $10 Tuesday Large Any Pizza. I have attached photos of the ads for clarification. Apparently, you cannot get the dairy free cheese with these promotions even though it says no where on the ad that it is excluded and says "ANY PIZZA". I showed the ads to the associated and they said they would forward the information. As a Vegan trying to do the right thing I am tired of being punished for making ethical choices. They offered me a five dollar coupon when all I asked is to be treated the same as everyone else. Why do I have to pay more for doing the right thing? The Vegan cheese may cost a few pennies more however, they would make so much more money being fair to an entire community and would get way more business. Unless this gets fixed I refuse to go here just to pay more for my ethical choices. This is absurd they would not even honor what they said in their ads. This is beyond false advertisement. It's just wrong."
