"I stopped in there last week to discuss the work on my gooseneck trailer. I expressed my concern about the down time and that I need to have it back by Thursday or Friday morning. I dropped the trailer off on Monday afternoon so they could inspect it and start on the things I wanted done. Jimmy stated that they would have the work done by Friday morning. They went above and beyond to make sure that the trailer was ready to go. They kept me up to date during the repairs and the trouble they were having getting parts. Again they assured me that the trailer would be ready to go. Sure enough I received a call that the trailer was ready to go Thursday mid-day. It is very nice to see that a company stands behind what they commit to when they say the job will be ready to go. Thank you to everyone involved that helped me get back on the road. "I recently purchased a used boat that my pickup should've had no problem towing, but I felt like I was trying to tow an anchor. There was also a slight squeal coming from trailer as well. I called Dun-Rite because they were highly rated on a different search engine. Jim answered the call and quickly gave me confidence that they would be able to handle whatever the problem was. When I pulled into their lot I noticed there were a couple of other boats that other people were trusting to Dun-Rite. Jim himself met me in the lot before I was even able to put it in park. He personally walked around the trailer to inspect things that would potentially need repair. We walked into his office and he gave me a rough quote and said it would be ready by Friday afternoon. I received a phone call from him Thursday afternoon letting me know all of the repairs were complete. After picking up my trailer the drive home was a night and day difference. My pickup didn't struggle at all to pull it, and even more importantly was easy to control when coming to a stop as if the trailer wasn't there at all. Dun-Rite is the definition of under promising and over delivering. Thanks to Dun-Rite and their staff I will now be able to tow my boat safely and confidently wherever the next lake is calling!!"
