"Pulled up at 4:50pm not knowing they closed at 5pm, as most locations close at 6pm. Sat there until 5pm when the manager came out to speak to the employee asking if he’d addressed me yet. When the employee replied no the manager said “good, go tell them to leave.” I understand I got there late, but just come tell me. No need to be rude about a customer trying to get an oil change, or leave me sitting there."

"The staff is polite, friendly and mindful. They have never tried to sell me something I don’t need and when I asked to have my brake pads changed 1-2 years they told me it wasn’t time yet. I really appreciated the honest and don’t mind the extra drive time as this location is 15mins farther from a closer GM. Great customer service, thank you!"

"I’ve never felt more welcome, appreciated and respected at an auto shop. The owner and his family are fantastic humans and do an amazing job. I send everyone I can here for oil changes. These guys are pros and always are fast, knowledgeable and fair. They have never once tried to sell me unnecessary services or overcharge me like other franchises and mechanics / auto shops have.
