"I was in the midst of a cross country trip, just came over the Rockies in my '69 bus, and she decided to take a forced break (distributor was chewing up points, and I'd always run electronic ignition, this was new to me). Got her to Chris and he worked his magic to get her running again, then timed and adjusted the carb for the altitude. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, AND was willing to teach me about altitude adjustments along with the ignition system I was running, so I could fix the problem myself on the rest of my trip, which I did, a few times (ended up being an abrasive rotor cam).
