Big O Tires

"(Peoria location) they were very rude and slow, I made an appointment 3 days in advance and they didn’t even order my tires from the warehouse until I got there. I asked several times what was going on since I had been there for a few hours and nobody was working on my car, they were rude and brushed me off every time until I finally flagged down an actual mechanic and asked him what was going on, and then he took the initiative to start working on my car. They didn’t listen to my instructions on how to put my tires on (I needed them in certain spots) they put my car mileage where they needed to write down my next oil change date, very incompetent. Also I went there with a rarer Honda (prelude) a couple years ago and they argued with me for 20 minutes calling it an accord, I guess they’ve always been unprofessional"

"These stores are independently-owned. This location over torqued the lugs on my commercial vehicle, which caused a wheel to be destroyed 11 days later. We are very, very lucky that no injuries occurred, considering the timing. Store is giving the run around and does not want to accept liability for their negligence and the reimburse the out of pocket cost incurred to my small business. Consumer affairs is a joke. I have been loyal to Big O for years, using them for my fleet of commercial vehicles. Sad that this relationship means nothing to this company. I have given them the opportunity to make this right."
