If they had called me before I drove out there, it'd be fine, but, as it is, I took time off work to go out there, and my car still won't be earning money for another few days, at least."

I was told not to worry! Later down the line my sounds short out on me. I open my trunk and low and behold my amp is damaged due to lack of clearance. I make an appointment for 9am today and hes late wont be in till 11am. Now I have to miss more work! No relief was given and the owner himself confronted me with a pompous attitude and engaged in yelling at me, (The disgruntled customer) I think he has forgotten that his business is built on the CUSTOMERS BELIEVING IN HIM AND GETTING A QUALITY JOB DONE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!"
