They had great customer service and their valet service made it so easy to get my car to the shop and back in the midst of my busy schedule. I was very impressed with not only the quality of the repairs but also the fact that they went above and beyond to take care of me, as a customer, and I left the experience knowing that my car had been in great hands! One example of this was the fact that they spent time shining up the dulled down plastic on my headlights so that it made it so much easier to see at night! They also took care of a few other dents on the car that weren’t even hail related, leaving my car overall better than when they got it."

"By far the best experience I have had when dealing with an insurance claim/repair. My insurance company was a major pain(Direct), but Suzanne made it happen. Excellent customer service, which is extremely rare these days. They waived my $500 deductible and provided me a nice rental car for FREE even though I did not have rental coverage. Additionally, Cain fixed some unrelated door dings, cleaned and made my headlights clear again, and even buffed and sealed minor rust spots on my roof all for free.
