"Everything went pretty good, except my car was not vacuumed or washed which was prior to the service contract nor was it mentioned that I could bring it back for a vacuum or car wash. That was my only concern the service was done and the car was returning to me as promised, a moment or two of high stress but to find gentleman and technicians at BMW of downtown came through as promised. But I did need that car wash and vacuum after I picked my vehicle up footprints and hand marks left on the car"
