"Got me in quick and let me drive it in since I had a big dog in the car. I said I wanted an oil change only and they insisted on doing a full service. The windshield had several streaks directly in front of the driver position that I had to clean off when I got home. They filled the washer fluid with the cheap stuff, when I use Rain X fluid. They deflated my tires because they were above the normal pressure as they were hot. I set my tire pressure when they're cold just like everyone should. I believe the only reason they didn't go inside and try to vacuum was the 90 lb Rottweiler looking at them. I understand that a lot of people don't take care of their vehicles and any of that extra stuff is needed, but I asked for an oil change only, which by the way cost $20 more than when I have it done at the dealership which I don't understand."
