"Just got an oil change here. The worst service ever... tire pressure on all 4 tires were wrong,, did not vacuum at all states that was part of the service... went back to have them vacuum had to wait another 30 minutes don't waste your time with this place they are terrible!"

"I previously went to the location on Hampden and had no issues. I went to this location as it was on my way home. Overall, I’m happy with the service, however, I feel like the associates at this location really push extra services to be done, and just won’t take no for an answer. I bought my used car at reputable dealership, and they completed an 116 point inspection, I’m aware of the work they completed and what needs to be done. The associate just was not taking no for answer on additional things that “needed” to be done. They also brought out my air filters that looked used, but not replaced, and said they needed to be “replaced” because of the leaves. I should have asked him to just shake the stupid leaves off. Again, overall happy with the service, however, I felt very pressured."

"Needed a quick oil change. Employees were great, I was in and out under 40 minutes. They also let me know I needed new manual transmission fluid so I spent more than I wanted to, but work was good and efficient! Oil cap was semi loose when I left but it’s nothing to complain about. Highly recommend this location."

"They changed the oil on our Jeep and it has had a puddle of oil under it three days in a row. This is after we brought it back and they degreased it and said, there is nothing they can do because of the design of the filter on the Jeep. 88,000 miles and this is the only time this has happened. So I agree, there is nothing this shop can do. I would find another shop. 2 stars because they cleaned the windows."
