"Lazy employees who act like they hate working here. You'd think after spending $350 bucks they'd be all over the customer service aspect. Their job seemed to really be an inconvenience to them. Will not return to this location again. Not the oriellys service I'm used too over at my usual location."

"This was a great place with wonderful service. They really went the extra mile for me. I came to them with a very complicated, and first one clerk tried his best to help me. When he had difficulties, he asked another fellow - I think the manager - to take over. They were both patient and friendly, and obviously working very hard for me when they didn't really need to expend that much effort on my behalf. I know other places that simply would not have done so much. After a while, they totally fixed my problem and I was so incredibly relieved and thankful. Again, they did not have to help me as much as they did. I was a one-time customer, perhaps never to return again - but they treated me like a king. I certainly will return, now - such excellent service deserves patronage."
