"I wanted to give this place a better review, but they just didn't deliver. Fender bender, basic body work. It took over a month for the parts to come in, and for them to get the work done. I only had a rental car for a month. When I received my vehicle, my hood still had chipped paint throughout, as well as my windshield had some chips. A bracket they installed behind the grill was also broken, but they didn't bother to fix it or replace it. I inquired about coming back in, after insurance approved these fixes as well, to have them finish the job. They've led me on a wild goose chase for over 5 months now, playing phone tag, saying they'll call when they get the parts, etc. They never call me. I've called them over 10 times at this point, and they give me the run around, and then ignore me. My insurance approved the labor. I'm offering them free money. They don't want to work with me. TL;DR - They don't do quality work, and they are horrible at communicating. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I only went here because it was an All-State approved shop and was close. Not worth it. Find a better place."

"Terrible experience. They charged me DOUBLE the estimated price and have had my car OVER A MONTH TO FIX A SIMPLE DENT. I still don't have the car back despite their representation that it would be done before now. I do NOT recommend doing business with them."

"May of this year, 2023 I had the unfortunate event of being accidently struck by a fellow motorist who was trying to change lanes. They struck the passenger side of my car causing large creases, scratches and damage. I was scared about being without a car for concerns of commuting to work and worried about getting it repaired correctly. I have to say I am very thankful for being referred to EURO Collision. They repaired by car safely and appropriately and in a timely manor. Teri at the front desk helped me feel welcomed and set up a car for me to rent while my car was being repaired. She also gave me timely updates about the status of my car while it was being repaired. At the time of pick up the owner, Bob walked me through the whole process of the repair and answered all my questions during the inspection process. He graciously took the time to allow me to operate all the features of my car post repair to make sure everything was working right and to my standards. The car looked as good as new and I am very happy with the results. This was the first time I had to get a car repaired and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend EURO Collision for any car repairs and will defiantly consider using them for any future needs. Thank you EURO Collision team!"
