"Nice open, clean showroom. I had an appointment for a test drive on a Crosstrek Sporting and drive nearly an hour to get there because dealers closer to me we're out of stock. When I got there, it has been sold earlier that day, and 2 others with a different trim package that I wanted to try instead had also been sold. While I understand those kinds of things happen, it should have been communicated so I could decide whether or not to make the drive. They did eventually find an older model that I could test drive, but the experience was frustrating and took a lot longer than I was expecting."
