"Horrible experience. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. There is zero organization. You have to fight with other drivers to try to get your vehicle seen. 15 cars that arrived after me were taken before my vehicle. No rhyme or reason. Do not come here unless you have 7 hours to kill."

"I only have to go every 2 years. And it's usually the same service. Nothing to write home about. I'll update in 2 years. Online wait time, and the sign upon check in both said around 45 minutes. Spent almost 2 hours there. Cause they kept having to run an older manual truck a head of me, and the employees forgot to take the parking break off. Smh... Also, wish they would pay a better wage to their employees, to attract more employees, so maybe they would be able to open more than two bays. Never been there with more than 2 bays open. Their advertised wage isn't competitive, barely keeping up with minimum wage. So it's no surprise all it takes is small problem or a small act of negligence to turn in to big delays. The employees they have seem over worked and it's no surprise."

"Go to a different Air Care location! You wouldn’t believe the inefficiency at this location. It’s totally wild, they make you wait in 2 lines and then randomly select vehicles from the front of different lines. I watched 8 cars behind me go in front of me to be called into the bay. The manager is a blonde woman, who was super rude to me because I had a dog in my car. I don’t get it. Just pull up the cars in order, test them and move people through. It is a circus here. Avoid at all costs."

"Turned away at 12:10 on a Saturday by a rude moron who had the nerve to tell me to drive to another location knowing full well they all close at 1 and that they were flaking out. See all the good reviews that mention 30 minute or less total time including wait. Must be a sweet gig! I work 50 hrs a week M-F."
