I had been waiting 6 months for another autobody shop to help with the claim, but after dealing with a lot of excuses and overall head ache, I was told that they didn't want to work on my claim. My insurance provider called Complete Auto Body and Paint, and they were extremely accommodating and understanding of my situation. They got me in right away to get my car fixed. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs autobody work."

"After being in an accident in September this was the first place progressive had called. They couldn't get us in until December but that was fine. Come December we had to switch our original drop off date and Amy at the front desk was so understanding and got us in after the holidays. They had our car for about a week and returned it absolutely amazing! You couldn't tell it was in an accident at all and they completely cleaned it inside and out! Seems a little ridiculous to have to wait that long to get an estimate. I understand labor challenges, but business models should adapt to meet the customers needs."
