"Drove by this place many times, wanted to support a local neighborhood business (turns out it was bought out by Pride Auto Care). Made an appointment for an oil change and bumper to bumper inspection, noting that I needed my brakes looked at, I dropped my vehicle off at 8:20 in the morning, ubered home, did not hear back from Pride Auto until 4pm where I received a text message saying I needed to authorize further work, but my vehicle was ready. When I called to ask how it went, the guy told me they were unable to get to my brakes, their guy was running behind, and I would have to bring it back another time to finish the work. I was charged $160 for an oil change and a bumper to bumper inspection that was not completed because they were overbooked and understaffed."

"Not happy at all with Kearney Garage. Car was stolen and took it for repair to the garage. The car had to have steering wheel column fixed along with door damage. When the car was delivered, Adam informed us that it was delivered. He did not go over the damage to the vehicle. He informed me of the smell in the vehicle. He said that he would call the hazmat team to check. We waited for more information, but we had to call them. The insurance adjuster did give the estimate but we did not hear from them, once again had to call them. Never very clear about the damages. Never spent enough time with us about the repairs. The lack of communication with the technician was very poor. It seems like there was always a delay with repairs. The final bill was very high. My insurance did not cover the amount even with my deductible, they were high in prices. I had a lot out of pocket expense. Very disappointed with the service and communication. Would not recommend."

"I am so glad I came across this shop ! 10 out of 10! I’ve took my car to get diagnosed at two other shops and both told me there was nothing they could do to fix my vehicle. This shop fixed my car within a day got me back on the road and my car feels like a brand new car ! Very affordable and the customer service is awesome ! Trustworthy and they also send customers photos and messages while your vehicle is in their care! Highly Recommend!"

"I was really hoping this would be my new neighborhood mechanic after finally making the switch from going to the dealership. Unfortunately I had several negative experiences. I dropped my car off on the morning of my appointment and walked the 10 blocks home. I didn’t receive a call so called to check in in the afternoon. They said they tried calling and left a message but because they couldn’t get a hold of me, they didn’t proceed with the work. I asked the what number they had and they had a completely wrong number. Walked the 10 blocks back to retrieve the car, re-dropped the car the next morning and walked back home again. I received a call that the work had been done and to pick up the car. I walked back and as I was being charged, the manager ran over and stopped the charge and said not to charge me for part of the service because they didn’t do it. I couldn’t believe they said they didn’t do the service because it came up with a code which I already knew existed and so should they, and had already explained to them when I booked the appointment, which was the reason I brought it in. The check engine light had gone on some time ago and I had taken it to another mechanic to look into and it was a coolent sensor that the heater core was full of fluent debris and needed to be flushed but he couldn’t perform the service because he wasn’t permitted for debris disposal. I hade explained all this to Kearney Garage and they said they could perform the service. Clearly no one bothered to communicate this to the mechanic. I told this to the manager and I had to leave to pick my child up from school. He said he would look into it and call me back and he never did. Super disappointed. Wasted so much of my time and the issue didn’t even get solved."
