"I have had Spiffy do detailing on a car and a truck. For the most part, the people who came to do the work were careful, knowledgeable and attentive to detail. Unfortunately on the truck, it started to rain so the detailer, who did a great job on the interior, couldn't do the exterior. A different person came on Monday, and he didn't talk much - just did the job and left. After he left, we saw that there was a small area where the clear coat had spalled off because he had used a pressure washer to remove pine tar. We complained, and the Spiffy people couldn't have been more gracious. Ultimately, a manager came out, inspected the damage, and paid for the repair, no questions asked and in a timely fashion."
