To me that shows good faith attitude: a consumer should know what it might cost before any work is done. And an honest business would not hide the cost information. That's why appreciate Rickenbaugh' transparency. In the end, I only paid the deductible. But it was important for me to prepare for a more expensive outcome and know ahead of time what this might cost."
