"Excellent as always. Friendly and very trust worthy. Highly recommend"
"Took the car in and had it back repaired in less than 24 hours. It was a simple fix with a switch needing replaced and the final bill was under a hundred. They don't just do transmissions. Check them out as it may save you some cash!"
"I have been going to this shop for over 10 years. Billy and Enrique are the best. I had a transmission rebuilt on my Dodge Dakota. Lasted me 7 years till I sold it. My suburban has had a catalytic converter, water pump, and quite a few other repairs done at this shop. I definitely recommend this shop!"
"If you value your vehicle and the money you work hard to make. Then this is NOT the place for you. Took all three of my vehicles to them for years. Had issue after issue with all three cars. Not once. Not twice. Several times. One car- did the brakes. Put them on backwards. Other mechanic confirmed it. Figured mistakes happen. Went back. Another vehicle had the check engine light on. They tried several times over a month to fix it. The solution they had was to remove my dash and cover over the check engine light with a black marker. Hoping I was to stupid to notice. Yes. This happened. This was why I left to find another mechanic. An excellent mechanic I can trust. But before my check engine light was marked over I unfortunately had them try to fix a check engine light on another vehicle. Was told all fixed. Light was back on five minutes after I left (btw) new mechanic found and fixed the problem correctly. Also had them change the brakes on this vehicle. Lasted three months and squealed worse then before I fixed them. I didn’t drive the vehicle for a long while due to the brakes then I had to pay to have them redone. That mechanic (my brother who is also a mechanic) stated who ever did my brakes pulled apart the ABS brake system wires and the solution. Tape them back together with black electrical tape. No way I said. Not twice did they intentionally do something to my vehicles to hide their mistakes. Went to my new regular mechanic for other work and was told the same thing. The electrical tape is still there. All they could do is shrug. They couldn’t believe it. Will cost me $1,000 or more to fix. This is only the beginning of what was done. I could go on and on. I wonder how many issues I will continue to find from this mechanic shop. They shouldn’t even be allowed to operate."
"North Metro Transmission Clinic at 7161 Pecos Street, Denver, CO, is a terrible car repair shop. I brought my car there for repairs the first time during the summer of 2016. Billy the manager/owner said the work would be done in a timely manner. My car sat in the parking lot for over 3 weeks. I would never receive follow up calls from Billy about progress. I had to either call him or go down there to find out what was going on. I never received a proper estimate either for the repairs. When the work was finally done I picked up the car. I paid close to $1000.00 for a repair work to have steering column replaced and power steering pump replaced. Within a few months the car broke down again with the very same issues. Car ignition broke and the power steering pump started leaking again. Billy agreed to look at it again. Charged me another $250.00 for labor to replace the steering column again, power steering pump was not fixed. When I got the car back again I did drive the car up until this past week, Nov. 1, 2017. At a Gas Station I could not get the car to go into drive at all or neutral to even start the car. I decided to have another mechanic look at the car. I was informed by this other mechanic that the work done on the car was very bad and not done properly. I was told it would cost me over $1000.00 to get the repairs done correctly. I am extremely disappointed with North Metro Transmission Clinic. Billy never offered to pay for towing or to repair my car correctly or free of charge, for a third time for the same problem, which he should have done after I had been at his shop two times for the same issues and had already paid him over $1200.00. I know that because it was a older car there were no guarantees. However having my car break down 3 times for the same issues is unacceptable and then being charged for the same work over and over again is awful. In addition a friend of mine had his truck worked on for a transmission issue with Billy. His transmission went out again this week. I would not recommend taking your car or truck to North Metro Transmission Clinic. They do shorty work and do not repair things correctly and won't back up their work!"
