"Felix was very informative and helpful on my journey to finding the right tires for all-weather conditions! I was in a snow related accident two years ago due to cheap tires that had no traction, and Felix helped me pick the right set of tires on the phone and ordered them to the location. He proceeded to wheel the tire out to me when I arrived to the shop to show me the tread and explain a few things before mounting them on my car.
