"Tony was great to work with. He got the parts ordered in a week and got the car back to me in a week. The place is a bit tricky to get to and find a place to park. Great work, guys!!!"
"Fantastic experience! My car had significant hail damage, and was without my car for a few weeks (insurance's fault). I was able to call or email to get weekly updates. When I got my car back it was practically like a brand new car. Fantastic job and great to work with!"
"I would bring my car to Highlands Auto Body a third time without hesitation. They have a simple but complete body repair facility; impressive paint “laboratory” and skilled staff. First time I chose them out of four estimates they were not the cheapest. Chose them again because the quality of the first job was superb. This time I was out of town two weeks, left my car in their yard, and - repairs done - it looks again like new. Gabriel and his right-hand mgr Tony run a no-nonsense business. Believe me, I tried to cut corners and save $’s but their estimates are fair and accurate. / CGP"
"Absolutely would not recommend. Sure they fit me in during the pandemic (Oct of 2021) things took longer than expected (got the wrong part in. Blah blah blah) literally 0 communication, I had to call weekly to see what was going on. Very poor paint work and they left my car in the yard with the hood popped while it rained multiple times and destroyed my engine bay. Luckily I don't drive a $30k car but if I did you better believe I'd be doing more than leaving this terrible review. If you care about your car at all, keep it far far away from this place."
"Update on my review below...I was contacted by the shop to "right the wrongs". As it turns out, there was a valid reason why I had a poor experience previously, and wanted to make sure this was fixed. They agreed to repair the issues and add even went beyond that to repair some things not included in the original agreement. Also, I feel the message I received this time was much more clear and appropriate expectations were set, which is more valuable than the actual work completed. This was a dramatic improvement from the previous experience and am grateful the shop took the time to follow up. It was very well handled the second time around! I had some paint repair done on the rocker panels of my truck. They were supposed to remove the rust (grind or media blast), then repaint. They were also supposed to grind down and patch a couple areas around the wheel wells that were starting to be a concern. When I finally got the truck back (took two weeks longer than quoted and every couple days was told it would be a couple more days, for two weeks!), all looked great, and the price was quite reasonable for the necessary work, though I did not think it was an extraordinarily low price (right around/just over $1000). Less than a year later, the rust spots around the wheel wells had broken through the paint and rust spots started forming on the rocker panels. They did NOTHING to grind off the rust, just painted over it. It has now been several months and I have tried to contact the shop and my tech (had his cell phone which was great service and one reason this is not a 0 star rating) with 0 success. Since I cannot be sure if my tech still works there I will not disclose his name, no response from the shop?? I have not left messages every time, but even 1 message not returned after my experience is too much."
