"Showed up here at 11:45 am on a Sunday and doors were locked. Called the provided number and no answer. Not sure if this place is closed for business. Try putting a note on the door if you had to step out."

"I hope no one ever has to face the fears I had a few weeks ago. I was driving West on I-70 at around 7pm and my tire pressure sensor said low tire, 13psi, then 12psi, then 11psi. All I could envision was the mayhem of a flat at 70 miles an hour in a Suburban. Panicked, I quickly and carefully got off the freeway and pulled over at a gas station air fill station, but it was clear I had a major leak that was not going to hold. It was very cold outside and I wasn't well prepared to change to my spare. I could have done it, but it would have been extremely uncomfortable and possibly dangerous. All the tire centers were closed. Then I called Richard at this location of Advance Auto Parts to see if there were any other options. Wow. He delivered an amazing demeanor and perfect customer service, which usually isn't my experience at an auto parts store. He made it feel safe for me to pump up my tire, which was completely flat at that point, and drive the 1.3 miles to his store's location. He then educated me on how to plug a hole and sold me the right plug kit and a compressor (which I should have on board anyway to be more self-sufficient). He even came out and made sure I got the job done alright. The tire is still holding air like it was new, and I'm incredibly thankful that I met Richard that night. Kudos, kudos!"

"I had a problem with a car battery last night. I walked into the store and Jay immediately helped test the electrical system. He confirmed it was a bad battery. He let me know that he could install a new battery as a courtesy. As he was installing it a rough-looking guy walked into the store. He was concerned and asked if he could check on his female co-worker as she was in the store alone. He took great care of me and his team. EXCELLENT job Jay. Thank you."
