"We took our 2019 Ram ProMaster 2500 to get our brakes done and during that visit, they recommended to get our transmission serviced, which we had done. The next day, the transmission started slipping. We called and took it back in and they did some computer updates but the transmission still wasn’t working. So now, they want to charge us $7000 to rebuild it. Our transmission was fine before they serviced it. We have called several times to explain the situation and they say nothing other than to tell us they can rebuild it for $7k. We will never take our van to this dealership again and you should be weary of any services they recommend to you. The brakes work great though. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks for commenting, but I don’t know who you are or how to contact you."
"Took my Escalade in for an oil change and to have the remote start fixed and some door dings fixed. They did great on the oil and remote start. But gave me the runaround on the dings. They had the suv for a week and never fixed the dings. Said I would have to reschedule and didn’t know when it could be done. Not very professional. If you offer a service to a customer you should honor it."
"Gary was great. Polite, kept me well up to date on the changes my Jeep Compass needed. Arrived to pick up my car barely on time and he was very nice and got me all checked out, explained what was done to my car."
"I had a noise start while driving and scheduled service to have the issue diagnosed. Prior to my appointment the vehicle quit running. Definitely an issue with the serpentine belt but I was unsure what the root cause was. My vehicle has warranty coverage so I had it towed to Larry Miller Jeep who I had the original appointment set with. Emily, my service coordinator, was able to get my vehicle in and checked sooner than I could have hoped. The root cause turned out to be the A/C compressor. It had seized and thrown the belt which shut down the rest of the controls powered via the belt. The shop got my vehicle repaired in no time and I'm back on the road sooner than mt original appointment! Great team! Great work!"
