"The Littleton Ideal CARSTAR location, specifically Ryan's team, really impressed me with the work they did on my car. When I got it back, I couldn't even tell it had been worked on—it looked just like new. I've been to a few auto shops in the past, but this one really stood out for their reliability and excellent communication. It was also clear they specialize in electric cars, with plenty of Teslas and Rivians in the shop. I drive a Tesla and unfortunately had it rear-ended and damaged by hail. Being someone who pays attention to detail and not too familiar with cars in general, I was nervous and anxious about leaving my car with the shop. But Ryan and his team were incredibly patient, walked me through what needed fixing and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I really appreciated the weekly follow-ups and status on my vehicle - even if it was just to let me know that we were waiting on parts from Tesla to arrive. Their understanding and communication really helped ease my nerves. They did such a fantastic job at fixing my car that you wouldn't even have known my car had been in an accident. The hail damage and rear-end marks are completely gone. Although it’s quite a drive for me (I live in Thornton), I had such a positive experience that I'll definitely be bringing my Tesla back here to the Littleton location for any future repairs it needs. From the moment my car arrived, it was evident that this shop prioritizes customer satisfaction and delivers results that exceed expectations. The service and quality of work on my Tesla were exceptional, leaving me with full confidence in their abilities."

"Do not use this shop! I was told to go here by state farm because it's their direct repair facility. I went to pick up my truck and they had broken my windshield. I was told I'd have to prove that it wasn't broken before I brought it in otherwise it was my problem. I guess the fact that I had my windshield replace 8 month early isn't proof. I have maintained my truck religiously. If you're into dealing with problems my only advice to you, so you can win, Is video a walk around of your vehicles in great detail. Also be prepared to be without a vehicle for an extended period of time. Additionally I was so pissed about the broken windshield I didn't go over my truck like I should have. Paint work is horrible and the steering geometry is totally jacked. These guys have no idea what they're doing when it comes to working on vehicles. I was told by state farm that after multiple complaints of this nature they will be dropping them as a preferred vender. It's been 4 months since the accident and now it's going to take a minimum of another month to correct the damage CARSTAR did. I literally would have rather take two in the chest."

"It was a small scratch and they made it worse, they over buffed that area and now I have another scratch. Also the color is not a match. Probably their paint specialists never heard about 3 stage coatings. I have two white spots on the car now. Also they messed up with my computer, they changed settings in my car and they played games on the car display. Very unprofessional. Update: Tesla dealer sent the car a second time to this shop. I contacted the manager and he said he will check the quality of work before they return the car. They did a terrible job again. They removed PPF from both sides where they worked and where they did not, they were thinking I will not notice that. Also they left the finish drips on the door. And the color is not a match. Stay away from this shop."

"Got my car back, just like new! Left rear quarter panel had deep gouge and they repaired, repainted and clear coated. Couldn't even tell where work was done! Looked like brand new! Love this place!"

"I'm quite pleased with the repair process with CARSTAR Ideal! Everything went pretty smoothly, with only a few minor inconveniences that weren't too bad: For one, the wait was quite long to get my car into the shop. I called to make an appointment in late January and the soonest I could bring it in was march 28. Thankfully my car was driveable, or this could've been far more of an inconvenience. The repair time was not too long, I believe it was about 4 weeks. Again, thankfully I work from home! Through this process, however, I was very satisfied with the ongoing updates and information provided by CARSTAR and Heather specifically. They made it a point to keep me informed, even about a small dent unrelated to the initial issue. Sent me a picture and everything! Overall I am satisfied and would come back if needed (hopefully not!)."
