"I've been coming to these guys since last July for mounts, discounts, plugs, etc. Last week I brought a bent rim and asked if they knew of any repair shops. They confidently said they could do it and that I could pick it up the next day. On pickup everything seemed okay and I left. A few days later I mounted a tire and it was extremely wobbly. I brought it back to El Colorado and they basically told me they did the best they could and offered me no help or even a partial refund. They blindly took my money without confidence in their repairs, and never even checked to see if the wheel was straight again. I told them I wouldn't be coming back and they couldn't care less. There's plenty of tire shops in Denver, avoid this one."

"These guys rock! As I'm pulling into the lot, a mechanic guided me into a stall and instantly pulled up the jack and asked which tire. I have never experienced such fast and quality service from a tire shop as I have with El CO. Plugged the tire and re-mounted within a couple minutes max. Number ONE for a reason! Thanks for getting me back on the road guys!"
