We’ll take good care of you, I did so in 30 minutes later my tire was repaired and I was on my way back home for dinner was very impressed with the sense of urgency and hospitality. This shop showed me this is why I’m a loyal, Big O tire customer."

"One of my tires had a slow leak. I brought my car in to have the tire fixed. I was told that the tire was unable to be fixed and they recommended new shocks and struts and new tires for $3,200. I had just purchased new tires from them 8 months ago so I was surprised to hear that I needed to have new tires. I do drive a lot of miles but had consulted with the previous salesman about the right tires to purchase for my high mileage driving. He recommended my current tires. I told them I wasn’t prepared to make a decision that day on the struts, shocks and tires and asked them to repair my tire and I’d get back to them on the other items. They stated they weren’t able to repair my tire so they put on my spare and I left. I took my car to a garage to have them look everything over and told them the recommendations I received from Big O Tires. The garage stated my shocks and struts are fine and that I needed an alignment and new tires. They helped me pick out appropriate tires (my current tires are not appropriate) and fixed the leak in my tire until my new tires arrive. The men at this Big O Tires location exhibited misogynistic and unethical behavior."
